Year Two
The Leadership School of Southern California (LSSC) is an intensive, 9-month journey that challenges you to go deeper in your walk with Christ – more than you ever thought possible. From hands on ministry to academic training and spiritual growth, you will truly experience a season of challenge, change, and connection.
Students enrolled in the accredited program will also be attending Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) online.
Leadership
Students that attend LSSC will have the opportunity throughout their entire year to lead teams and projects. Nowhere else do students get the opportunity to safely learn, grown in and possibly fail at leadership. At LSSC students can “fail successfully” because we believe in being a place that provides support and opportunity in coaching our next generations in becoming the greatest leaders THEY can be.
1st Year Mentorship
As a second year student in LSSC our students get to mentor and apprentice the first year students. Whether it’s through the way they manage and lead projects or while they lead their family teams, it will be one of the most challenging, rewarding and fulfilling experience.

This program is comprised of dynamic, faith-building teaching that reveals the believer’s inheritance in Christ Jesus. Easy to understand with a ‘live-by’ context, this program has been designed to thoroughly ground and establish students in the Word. It will help them develop an intimate relationship with God and gain confidence in their Christian walk.
UpClose Mentoring
All LSSC students have the weekly opportunity for up close mentoring with South Hills Church Staff and LSSC Leadership. This means our church leaders & staff are excited to invest time & years of experience into our students whether at work, lunch, coffee or after school to insure that they attain all that they can from this program and from themselves.
